I was recommended this book by twitch streamer DevinNash. He explained that this book is one of the most important books about the market of selling yourself through social media and how to handle business with the customer the right way. I've always been very skeptical about big business. I used to think everyone is just in it for themselves and no one genuinely cares about the customer and who they are. This book gave some great stories and really tore through how business used to be cut-throat and selfish, and instead focuses on how making connections with people can really be good for your brand, but also good for humanity.
